Kristen Brodt Bell is a business consultant, strategist, and former banking leader who helps organizations turn complex ideas into clear strategy and measurable progress. With a background in agricultural and commercial finance, Kristen brings a unique blend of financial expertise, operational insight, and communications strategy to the businesses and nonprofit organizations she serves.
As a Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt, Kristen she has led initiatives that improved inefficient workflows, implemented weighted risk rating systems, and developed analytical frameworks that improved both efficiency and decision-making. Her ability to guide complex projects—from concept through implementation—allows an organization’s vision to move from ideas to action with clarity and confidence.
Today, through Bell Business Solutions and Metamorphosis Media, Kristen works with businesses and nonprofit organizations to strengthen their strategy, communication, and operations.
